ICDC Holiday Nutcracker Ballet:

• ICDC hosts a Holiday Nutcracker Ballet in December 

• The exhibition is optional for all registered ICDC dancers.

ICDC Recital:

• ICDC will offer a Spring Recital

• You must be registered in a ICDC Recital class in order to participate.

• There are full costumes and dress rehersals required as part of the recital.

• Dress Rehearsal time and date to be determined.

 

Classes:

• All tuition payments are due the 20th of each month.  Class times/days/teachers are subject to change.  

• ICDC offers flexibility for everyone.  We require our ICDC dancers to be enrolled for a minimum of 2 months.  If a dancer is enrolled during the month of November they must be enrolled in the month of December and if they are enrolled in the month of April they must be enrolled in the month of May.

• DROPPING A CLASS: If you need to drop from your class for any reason for a month or more, just let us know before the 15th of the month to avoid charges.  All you need to do is obtain a Drop/Change form from the front desk, fill it out and return it by the 15th of the month to avoid charges for the following month.  A dancer is not dropped or changed until you receive a confirmation email.  We can NOT accept drop forms via email. 

• CHANGING A CLASS: If you would like to change your dancer to a new class, just stop by the front desk and pick up a Drop/change form, fill it out and return it to the front desk.  We will get your dancer changed into their new class they have requested and apply all applicable charges or credits. A dancer is not changed until you receive a confirmation email.

Weather:

Winter weather closings - Iowa C.A.T.S. Dance Company will follow the West Des Moines School District closings.  For all severe weather throughout the year, we want to keep our dancers and staff safe.  All closings will be posted at the TOP of the home page on the website.

Food Policy:

ICDC is a nut free studio due to allergies.

Leveling:

A dancer must stay in their class through the end of the current session before being moved to the next level despite a change in age. This rule applies to all ICDC classes except for Technique or Ballet classes in which level changes are made by the teacher.

 

Holidays:

Iowa C.A.T.S. Dance Company will be closed and observe the following holidays:

• October 30th for Beggars Night

• The Week of Thanksgiving 

• Christmas Break 

• Spring Break 

• The Fourth of July
